摘    要:首先介绍了热带亚热带果树常用的三种DNA分子标记技术 ,并对其优缺点进行比较 ;其次对DNA分子标记技术在热带亚热带果树的品种鉴定与分类、系谱分析、体细胞杂种鉴定、嵌合体与芽变的鉴定、珠心苗与合子苗的鉴定、分子遗传图谱的构建、基因标记与分子辅助育种等方面的应用进行综述 ;最后 ,对DNA分子标记技术在热带亚热果树的应用前景进行展望

Abstract:Three techniques for DNA molecular markers used in tropical and subtropical fruit trees were firstly introduced and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Their application in identification of cultivars, somatic hybrids, sports and chimeras, nucellar and zygotic seedlings and in pedigree analyses, construction of genetic linkage maps, molecular markers asisted selections etc. in tropical and subtropical fruit trees was reviewed. Finally, the prospect of their application in tropical and subtropical fruit trees was forecasted.
