小麦及其近缘属种的遗传多样性分析

摘    要:应用微卫星(SSR)荧光标记技术,对小麦及其10个近缘属种57份材料进行了分析。43对引物共检测出7 580个等位变异,每个引物每个模板平均检测出3.09个等位变异。聚类分析表明,57份材料被聚成11类,还发现栽培二粒小麦、普通小麦亲缘关系较近,与其他材料关系较远。聚类结果与现有的植物学分类的结果相一致。

Abstract:A total of 57 samples from wheat and its related species was screened using 43 pairs of SSR fluorescence markers,and 7580 allelic variants in total were obtained,in average 3.09 alleles by each pairs of markers.The 57 materials were classified as 11 groups according to the cluster analysis of the PCR amplified products.It was found that Triticum aestivum had close blood relationship with T.dicoccum Schuebl,but far with other related species.The clustered result was consistent with that of botany taxonomy.
