水稻(O. sativa)亲和势的表现及亲和力的基因效应分析

摘    要:本研究采用不完全双列杂交设计,探讨了02428、三磅七十箩等水稻品种亲和性表现的特点。提出水稻亲和势的概念并阐明其生物学意义。运用Hayman方法,分析水稻亲和力资料表明:该性状的遗传符合加性——显性模型;平均显性度为1.3368>1,可能系广亲和基因离散分布引起。讨论了水稻广谱亲和性与特异亲和性的遗传及杂交选育广亲和系应注意的问题。

Abstract:In this experiment, the characteristic of the expression of wide compatibility in rice was detected in a incomplete diallel cross of four wide comptibility varieties and five tester lines. This paper suggested the concept of the wide copatible potential, and its meaning in biology was elucidated, The compatible ability of rice varieties was analyzed by Hayman method, and the results indecated that the heredity of compatible ability was suited to additive—dominant model, some parameter: D=86.3906, H=154.3874, ((?)/(?))~(1/2)=1.3368. Finally the mechanism of wide or special compatibility was discussed, and some problems in developping wide compatible lines were pointed out.
