摘    要:番茄micro-TOM 是生物学研究的模式植物,它的离体再生体系对遗传转化及发育生物学研究至关重要。但是micro-
TOM 组培再生体系费时费力,容易污染。本试验通过对活体植株进行去头去腋芽诱导,建立了高效快捷、不依赖外源激素
的番茄micro-TOM 活体再生体系,为简化番茄遗传转化奠定了基础,也为植物再生机理研究提供了良好的实验材料。

Abstract:Tomato( Solanum lycopersicum L.)micro-TOM is a model organism for biology study. Its regeneration
system in vitro is of vital importance for genetic transformation and developmental biology study. But tomato micro-TOM
tissue culture is not only time-consuming and tedious, but also frequently polluted by microorganism. This experiment
introduces a new method of regeneration system in vivo by removing axillary and apical buds of tomato. The method has
high speed and efficiency, and does not rely on exogenous hormone. It has layed a foundation for simplifying tomato
genetic transformation and provided a good material for plant regeneration mechanism study.
