灰树花液体深层培养条件的研究

摘    要:对灰树花进行深层培养 ,结果表明 ,液体培养基以玉米粉 +麸皮、蛋白胨及牛肉膏为较好的碳源和氮源 ,无机盐 Mg SO4、KH2 PO4、Fe SO4、Zn SO4、Cu SO4的组合有利于灰树花菌丝的生长。通过正交试验及培养过程中各因素对菌丝生物量影响的研究 ,确定了发酵罐深层培养的最佳工艺条件 ,并得出 p H值在 5 .5 0~ 6 .5 0 ,通气量体积比在 1.0 0~ 1.40时 ,菌丝生物量积累最多。

Abstract:By submerged culture of Grifola frondosa,the results showed the optimum carbon source was corn powder + bran,the optimum nitrogen source was peptone and beef cream and the optimum inorganic salt was the combination of MgSO 4,KH 2PO 4,FeSO 4,ZnSO 4,CuSO 4 in liquid culture medium,which was beneficial to mycelium growing.By orthogonal experiments and the research on the influencing factors of biomass of mycelium,the best technical condition of submerged culture was gained.In addition,at pH 5.50 -6.50 and the volume ratio of flow of air-compress at 1.00-1.40,the biomass of mycelium reached the highest level.
