| Abstract: | Considering the complexity in evaluating comprehensively a water saving irrigation project, an index system for comprehensive evaluation of water saving irrigation project was established and consummated, based on collecting research data and consulting widely. A method of quantifying qualitative index also is presented in this paper. |
