| 摘 要： | 运用系统工程分析的观点对塞罕坝林场今后的荒山造林对策进行了探讨。指出应大力开发灌木树种，减少乔木树种造林比重，科学改进整地方式，培育切根苗造林，以及开展封山育林等。

| Abstract: | Afforestation countermeasures for mountain waste in Saihanba Tree Farm is discussed using systematic engineering.It is pointed out that developing shrub tree species, decreasing tree proportion, improving land preperation, cultivation root-cut seedlings and closing mountain are the important measures for afforestation. |
