摘    要:热激蛋白的诱导表达是昆虫机体抵抗高温胁迫的重要形式之一,在昆虫的抗逆反应中起着十分重要的作用。就有关昆虫热激蛋白的诱导表达、表达量、诱导表达的温度阈值及基因结构变异对其耐热性的影响方面的研究情况进行了综述。

Abstract:The induction of heat shock proteins(HSPs)is one of the most important mechanisms in insect heat hardines and plays a very important role in heat resistance of insects.In this paper,we briefly reviewed the effects of the HSPs induction,expression amounts and the threshold induction temperature on insect heat tolerance.We also summarized the results of gene mutation on insect heat tolerance.
