摘    要:室内试验表明,茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒对宿主种群具有明显的控制作用。宿主感染病毒后,其存活率、化蛹率、羽化率、生殖率、净生殖率(R_0)、内禀增长力(r_m)和周限增长率(λ)均低于或明显低于对照;平均世代长度(T)长于对照。饲毒组与对照组间的这种差异因饲毒浓度、饲毒虫龄和温度的不同而变化。免于病死蛹羽化所得雌成虫和对照间的产卵期、产卵量则无显著性差异。田间试验除表明具有明显的控制作用外,并显示一定的后效作用。

Abstract:The results of laboratorial tests showed that there was obvious control effect of-tea geometrid (Ectropis obliqua hypulina Wehrli) nuclear polyhedrosis virus on the host population after the host larvae were infected by this virus, their survival rate, pupation rate, emergence rate, reproductive rate, net reproductive rate, innate capacity for increase and finite rate of increase were lower or significantly lower than those of the check, and their average generation duration was distinctly longer than that of the. healthy ones. These differences between the inoculated and the check populations were varied with the changes of the virus concentration and larval instar for inoculation and temperature. Whilst the differences of oviposition duration and fecundity between survived female from infected population and check female were negligible. The results of field experiments showed that in addition to the obvious control effect, there was afso certain sustained effect of this virus on its host population.
