| 摘 要： | 以彩色马蹄莲生根试管苗为试材，研究了有根与无根生根苗、污染生根苗、育苗基质、育苗时间对移栽育苗的影响。结果表明：有根彩色马蹄莲育苗移栽成活率高，而无根彩色马蹄莲易死。污染的生根苗经消毒处理后仍有一定成活率。在基质选择上，珍珠岩、腐殖土与红壤土1：1：1混合练苗成活率最高，可达93．38％。彩色马蹄莲试管苗的移栽应在3～6月和9～10月，适宜温度范围为10～33℃。
