超前谋划 严格标准 稳步推进农村土地确权工作

自2014 年绥滨县被省确定农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作试点县以来，县委、县 政府高度重视，确定北山乡为试点乡，在完成北山乡试点工作的基础上，全县8 个乡（镇）98 个行 政村相继开展农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作。截至2017 年5 月末全县109 个村实测面 积151.5 万亩，其中合同面积113.9 万亩，涉及农户29894 户。土地确权过程中，没有出现一起因土 地确权引发的群体性事件和集体上访问题，农村社会和谐稳定。
