论语中的德育价值与高校辅导员工作的开展探讨

作为一部在儒家领域具有里程碑意义的典籍著作，《论语》主要记载了孔子及其弟子的 言行，其中孔子凭借其言行向弟子传递出的一些为人处世的道理,时至今日仍然对于教育教学领 域的德育工作与学生管理工作发挥着重要的价值，也为高校辅导员日常工作的开展与如何构建 和谐的师生关系提供了借鉴意义。本文简要阐释了高校辅导员工作开展的难点问题，分析了《论 语》中涵盖的德育价值，并围绕“仁学”、“爱教”、“德治”、“修身”等四个层面探讨《论语》中的德育 价值在高校辅导员工作开展中的具体应用，以期为和谐师生关系的建构提供参考作用。

The value of moral Education in Analects of Confucius and the Development of College counselors' work

As a landmark book in the field of Confucianism, the Analects of Confucius mainly records the words and deeds of Confucius and his disciples. Today, it still plays an important role in moral edu? cation and student management in the field of education and teaching, and also provides a reference for the daily work of college counselors and how to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. This paper briefly explains the difficult problems in the work of college counselors, analyzes the value of moral education contained in the Analects of Confucius, and revolves around“benevo? lence”,“love teaching”,“rule by virtue”and“self-cultivation”. In order to provide reference for the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship, this paper probes into the concrete applica? tion of moral education value in the work of college counselors in the Analects of Confucius.
