| 摘 要： | 目的]研究鸡子宫中钙结合蛋白d28k基因的变化规律。方法]采集不同产蛋阶段蛋鸡的子宫组织，利用RT-PCR方法检测钙告合蛋白d28kmRNA在子宫的表达情况。结果]蛋进入子宫前2、1h检测到钙结合蛋白d28k的表达，随着蛋壳的形成和钙化程度的慨龟。蛋进入子宫后5、15h钙结合蛋白d28k的表达量逐渐增加，在蛋进入子宫后15h达到最高水平，在产蛋后1、2h没有检测到该基因的表达。结论]钙结合蛋白d28k是影响蛋壳钙化的重要基因。

| Abstract: | Objective] The change rule of Calbindin-d28k in chincken uterus was studied.Method] The uterus of chicken in different egg stage was collected.Calbindin-d28k gene was detected in different stage of egg production by RT-PCR.Result] At 2 h,1 h before the egg came into the uterus,the expression of Calbindin-d28k was detected.At 5 h,15 h after the egg came into the uterus,the expression of Calbindin-d28k became increased.The expression of Calbindin-d28k reached the highest after 15 h.Laying egg after 1 h,2 h... |
