| 摘 要： | 本研究首次探讨了利用计算机图像分析技术测定种衣剂在种子表面包被率的可能性,以此为基础研制成功了种衣剂在种子表面包被率检测系统(SCRMS)。该系统具有快速、准确的特点,能直接输出种衣剂在种子表面包被率的检测结果。SCRMS 为包衣种子质量评估提供了新的检测方法,亦为种衣剂剂型研究、包衣机质量监控及国家九五种子工程项目中良种包衣技术的推广提供了配套技术支持。
