鹅掌柴提取物的抗氧化活性

摘    要:从清除超氧阴离子自由基(O-2)、还原力、清除DPPH自由基、清除羟基自由基(·OH)等方面,研究鹅掌柴提取物的抗氧化活性.结果表明:鹅掌柴提取物对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的清除能力较强,清除率分别为78.57%和74.99%,对脂质体过氧化的的抑制率为21.41%;与VE、VC、BHT相比,鹅掌柴提取物的还原能力和对Fe2+的络合能力也较强;但对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力较弱.因此.鹅掌柴提取物是一种抗氧化功效较强的活性物质,具有很好的保健功能.

Abstract:The antioxidant activities of extracts from Schefflera were detected and analyzed, including superoxide radical scavenging activity, reducing power, DPPH radical scavenging activity, hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and so on. The extracts from Schefflera had higher DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities with the scavenging rate being 78.57% and 74.99% respectively.
