小麦穗发芽抑制剂—YSR的田间防治和作用机理

摘    要:
以穗发芽敏感品种AT265为试材,对本课题组筛选出的YSR纯天然小麦穗发芽抑制剂进行了田间防治;用3,5—二硝基水杨酸比色法,测定了YSR不同浓度处理的种子萌发期间的α–淀粉酶活性。结果表明,收获前2d喷施YSR抑制剂防治效果最佳,穗发芽抑制率可达75.9%,对AT265的种用价值无显著性影响,可作种用。用不同浓度的YSR处理通过休眠的小麦种子,随着浓度的增加,α–淀粉酶活性迅速下降,直至完全失去活性。YSR通过降低α–淀粉酶活性来达到抑制穗发芽的目的。

Abstract:
Using sprouting sensitive variety, AT265, the field prevention and cure experiment was undertaken with the natural sprouting depressor -YSR, obtained by the authors. Using colorimetric determination of 3, 5-dinitro-salicylic acid, α-amylase was tested for the seeds treated with different concentration YSR during germination. The results were as follows: the best prevention and cure time of YSR was 2d before harvesting, inhibiting rate was 75.9%, and YSR had no side effect to seed using value. α-amylase content fallen rapidly with increasing of YSR concentration. This proved that YSR could inhibit sprouting through lowering α-amylase during germination in wheat gains.
