农业节水对农业水价变动反映的理

农业节水的实现是个技术、经济和社会综合问题。水价对于调节用水户行为，促进农业节水的实现具有重要的地位和作用。文章利用经济学理论探讨和分析了农业水价改革与农业节水实现之间的关系：农业水价的变动能够有效地改变农户用水行为，但是要全面实现农业节水还需要公共投资的干预，以消除农业节水给农户带来的技术门槛和资本门槛。

Theoretical Discussion on Reflection of Agricultural Water-Saving on Irrigation Water Pricing

Realization of agricultural water saving is a comprehensive problem of technology, economic and social supporting. Water price is very important to regulate the behavior of water users, and realize water-saving agriculture. This paper made a theoretical discussion on relationship between agriculture water pricing reform and water-saving agriculture realization, i. e. , water price changing can effectively adjust irrigation activity of farmers. However, the intervention of public financial support is necessary to eliminate the capital doorsill and technology doorsill of agricultural water saving for the farmers.
