植酸钙的提纯及其植酸磷含量的测定

摘    要:用氯化钙和碳酸钠提纯自制的粗品植酸钙,通过红外光谱和磷含量的测定,证明产品纯度高,植酸钙的总磷含量在21%~22%,符合食用植酸钙产品质量要求。浓硫酸和高氯酸消解后,用钼-锑-钪复合显色剂测定植酸钙中的磷含量,偏差不超过5%;该方法简单,操作方便,是一种可行测定方法。

Abstract:The quality of phytin purified from coarse phytin by CaCl2 and sodium carbonate was measured by using IR analysis and phosphorus content determination. This product was proved to be high in purity with the total phosphorus content of phytin being 21% - 22%, which accorded to the quality demand of food phytin. The phosphorus content of phytin was determined in molybdate-antimony-scandium color agent after it was digested by concentrated sulfuric acid and perchlorate, with its deviation of no over 5%. This method was simple and convenient in operation, which was a effective determination method.
