| 摘 要： | 根据靖西（靖边-西安）天然气长输管道近期的用气现状和今后规划，预测了至2015年的调峰需求量。分析了陕西省天然气供应中存在的问题，认为应采取的季节调峰措施不仅应进行地下储气库、调峰型液化天然气（LNG）储备站、压气站等的建设，还应引导天然气市场发展方向，充分利用上、下游及管道资源，进行冬季运行工艺优化和实行调峰气价以及多气源的争取。

| Abstract: | The paper forecasts the gas demands for peak shaving of Jingbian-Xi'an gas transmission pipeline in Shannxi Province up to 2015 according to recent gas supply situation and future planning of the pipeline, analyzes the problems existed in gas supply in the province.It is considered that the measures adopted in seasonal peak shaving of gas should not only include the construction of underground gas storage,peak shaving LNG storage and gas compressor station,but also lead the direction of gas market development, reasonably utilize upstream and downstream resources of the pipeline to optimize winter's operation process of pipeline,carry out gas price of peak shaving and get multi-resource of gas. |
