| 摘 要： | 以换锦花的鳞茎为外植体,探讨其快速繁殖技术。结果表明:在细胞分裂素较高(6-BA 5 mg/L)时,诱导情况较低浓度的要好,在MS+BA 5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L上诱导率为55.6%;当蔗糖浓度为60 g/L时,换锦花获得最高倍数的生长量,增重约为2.73倍。换锦花种子无菌播种表明其无菌萌发最佳的培养基为MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,以MS+NAA0.5 mg/L做生根培养基为佳。

| Abstract: | The buble of Lycoris sprengerii were used as explants to explore its rapid propagation techniques.The results showed that the induction frequency in the higher concentration cytokinin(6-BA 5 mg/L)better than in lower concentration,the induction frequency was 55.6% in the MS+BA 5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;when the sucrose concentration was 60 g/L,the growth of weight reached the highest multiple,which about 2.73 times.The sterile sowing experiment showed that the best of its sterile germination medium was MS+6-BA 1 ... |
