We have analyzed 32 nutrient components of sweet potato Baishu 1 tips, the result showed that the content of protein, fat, Vc, VB2, Ca, P, K, Ile, Leu, Lys etc of Baishu 1 tips was more than any others usual vegetables. Sweet potato Baishu 1 is a resistance specie, we don＇t apply any agricultural chemicals in its growing period, so it is a non-pollution vegetable to popularize in the future.
