摘    要:
[目的]微波辅助提取法提取啤酒花多酚,为酒花浸膏的工业化生产提供科学依据.[方法]以多酚含量为响应值,在单因素实验的基础上,筛选出乙醇浓度、微波功率、微波时间三种对提取影响较大的因素,响应面法进行优化,并验证优化方案.[结果]确定酒花多酚最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度56;,微波功率720 W,微波时间81 s.[结论]在此条件下,提取多酚含量达到81.358 mg/g.

Abstract:
【Objective】The purpose of this study was to use microwave auxiliary extraction to extract hop polyphenol in order to provide the scientific basis for the industrial production of hop concrete.【Method】By means of single factor experiment,three main factors:the ethanol concentration,power of microwave and the microwave time were screened at fist.And these factors were optimized by using response surface methodology.【Result】Results of response surface analysis showed that the optimum conditions were as follqws:ethanol concentration 56%,the power of microwave 720 W,the microwave time 81 s.[Conclusion] Under this condition,polphenol of hop polyphends to 81.358 mg/g.
