光质对小苍兰茎尖试管成球的影响

摘    要:以小苍兰茎尖为外植体,分别置于白光(400~690nm)、红光(590~690nm)、黄光(520~640nm)、蓝光(400~530nm)、绿光(500~590nm)和黑暗下培养,研究不同光质对小苍兰茎尖试管培养的根、芽分化和成球的影响。结果表明:红光下根平均的分化率和平均球茎数最高;蓝光下培养的球茎平均重量最大;白光下芽平均分化率最高,平均球茎数仅次于红光;绿光和黑暗对茎尖试管成球的分化与生长均有不利影响。

Abstract:The explants from Freesia refracta meristem were cultured in white, red, yellow, blue, green and dark light respectively, by studying the effects of light quality on differentiation rate of buds and roots, test - tube conns of meristem in Freesia refracta. The results showed that under red light, the average differentiation rate of root and the average number of corm were the hightest;the average weigth of the corm was the biggest under blue light; under white light, the average differentiation rate of the bud was the hightest and the average number of conns was just lower than that of red light; green light and black condition caused bad effects on the differentiation and growth of meristem.
