摘    要:研究植物生长调节剂赤霉酸、氯吡脲及保美灵对夏黑、阳光玫瑰、绍兴一号、金手指四种不同葡萄品种的花序拉长、叶绿素含量、果实外观品质及可溶性固形物的影响。结果表明:通过使用浓度为5mg/L的赤霉酸、15mg/L赤霉酸和2mg/L氯吡脲、25mg/L赤霉酸和3mg/L氯吡脲加5000倍保美灵对不同葡萄品种不同生长时期进行处理,其明显促进葡萄花序、果穗的伸长、叶片叶绿素含量提高、促进果实膨大,提高产量,对内在品质影响不太,对夏黑葡萄品种处理效果最佳。

Effects of Three Plant Growth Regulators on Fruit Growth of Different Grape Varieties

Abstract:To study the effects of plant growth regulators, including gibberellic acid, forchlorfenuron and Promalin, on inflorescence elongation, chlorophyll content, fruit appearance quality and soluble solids in four different grape varieties, Summer Black, Shine-Muscat, Shaoxing No.1 and Gold Finger. The results showed that the treatment of different grape varieties at different growth stages with 5 mg/L gibberellic acid, 15 mg/L gibberellic acid and 2 mg/L forchlorfenuron, 25 mg/L gibberellic acid and 3 mg/L forchlorfenuron plus 5000 times of Promalin significantly promoted the elongation of grape inflorescence and ear, increased chlorophyll content, facilitated fruit expansion, increased the yield, and had little effect on the quality but had the best effect on Summer Black grape variety.
