大豆未成熟子叶诱导胚状体发生再生植株

摘    要:本文以大豆未成熟子叶为外植体,进行了大豆胚状体发生和再生植株的研究。结果表明:MS基本培养基附加高浓度的生长素(2.4—D或NAA或2.4—D与NAA的配合),可成功地诱导胚状体发生。2.4—D比NAA具有更强的诱导效果;2.4—D与NAA配比所诱导的正常胚率高于其单用;未成熟子叶不同的放置方式对胚状体发生影响极大。对畸型胚进行了改良并获得了完整小植株。

Abstract:Embryogenesis from immature cotyledons and plant regeneration of soybean were studied. The resultS showed that embryogenesis from immature cotyledons of soybean was induced successfully by culturing cotyledons on MS medium containing high concentration of 2.4-D or NAA or mixing 2.4-D with NAA. The frequency of normal embryo induced by mixing 2.4-D with NAA was higher than that induced by 2.4-D or NAA. The effects of different placing ways of immature cotyledons on embryogenesis were very remarkable.Abnormal embryo was improved to normal embryo.
