摘    要:对于给出的中密度纤维板(MDF)热压模糊控制器的建模,采用二进制编码策略,基于分层遗传算法通过改变控制基因和参数基因,应用再生、交叉、变异等遗传操作在模糊控制规则中寻优.仿真结果表明,优化得到的中密度纤维板热压机模糊控制器与传统的模糊控制器相比具有响应快、超调小的特点,动态性能和稳态误差都得到提高.

Abstract:The hot-pressing fuzzy controller modeling of medium density fiberboard (MDF) was established and the binary-code scheme was employed to encode the GA chromosome. The hierarchical genetic algorithms change the control gene and the parameter gene to optimize the fuzzy control rules by the application of reproduction,crossover and mutation operator. The simulation results showed that the optimized fuzzy controller has the character of quicker response and smaller overshoot in compared with those of conventional fuzzy controller. The dynamic performance and stable error are also improved.
