摘    要:采用盆栽控雨试验,研究了不同生育期水肥组合对烤烟叶绿素含量的影响。研究结果表明,在相同肥量条件下,各生育时期叶绿素含量随土壤含水量增大而提高;在同一水分条件下,叶绿素含量随氮肥用量增加而增加。旺长期和现蕾期水肥有明显交互作用,112.5kg/hm2氮肥和60%~70%的土壤含水量组合效果最好,叶绿素含量最高。成熟期水肥交互效应不明显。

Abstract:Water control experiment of potted plant was conducted to study the effects of combination of water and fertilizer at different growth stages on the chlorophyll content of flue-cured tobacco.Research showed that with the same amount of fertilizer,the content of chlorophyll increased as the soil moisture increased;and with the same soil moisture,the content of chlorophyll increased as nitrogen fertilizer increased;the interaction between water and fertilizer was obvious in the growing and bud period.The effect of combination of 112.5kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer with 60%~70% soil moisture was the best,and the chlorophyll content was the highest.The interactive effect of water and fertilizer was not obvious in the mature period.
