| 摘 要： | 在苗木扦插育苗过程中,对插穗进行激素处理是十分必要的。运用不同激素及不同浓度对红叶石楠插穗进行处理,探究其对红叶石楠扦插苗插穗生根的影响。试验结果表明,激素浓度适当时,能加快扦插苗生根速度,提高扦插苗成活率,其中,生根剂为IBA,浓度为200mg/L时扦插苗生根数最多,根系最长。

| Abstract: | In the process of cutting propagation of seedlings,it is necessary to treat cuttings using hormones.The treatment on Photinia serrulata cuttings was carried out by different kinds and concentration hormones in this paper in order to study the effect of rooting of Photinia serrulata cuttings.The results showed that appropriate concentration could increase the rooting speed of cuttings and improve its survival rate,when the concentration of IBA was 200mg/L,root number of cutting was the most,and the length was the longest. |
