| 摘 要： | 使用液化石油气（LPG）作为汽油机代用燃料，完成了LPG发动机部分结构参数，燃料供给系统和点火系统的开发，并获取了LPG喷气量MAP图。为此，设计出一套电控系统可对发动机供气量和点火提前角进行全面控制。根据发动机台架试验，证实了优化改造后的LPG发动机的动力性与原机相当，经济性和排放优于原机，有利于城市环境的保护。

| Abstract: | LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas)was used as gasoline engine substitute fuel.Some structure parameters about LPG engine were ascertained,fuel supply system and ignition system were designed.LPG supply MAP was gotten.A suit of electric control system was designed in order to fully control gas supply and ignition advance angle.According to engine foundation experiments,it can be verified that power characteristic of optimized LPG engine was equal to the original,fuel economy characteristic and emissions was superior to the original,and LPG engine was also beneficial to city environment protection. |
