油气管道减阻增输与高聚物应用

摘    要:依据流体管道减阻增输机理,分析研究了各种减阻增输工艺的效果和适用条件,提出了一些新的减阻增输方法。将输送工艺划分为降粘增输、抑制径向脉动增输、壁面改性增输及减少壁面沉积增输四类。为使天然气管道能够应用高聚物,从原理上给出了天然气管道应用高聚物的可能方式。

Abstract:On the basis of drag reduction and throughput increase mechanism, the effectiveness and applicable conditions of drag reduction and throughput increase technologies are analyzed and studied. Some new drag reduction and throughput increase techniques (transportation process) are presented,which are divided into four classifications including viscosity reduction to increase oil throughput, suppressing radial pulsation to increase oil throughput, modifying wall-surface to increase oil throughput and decrease wall-surface's deposit to increase oil throughput. To apply the high polymer to natural gas pipeline,feasible techniques are put forward based on the principle of ultra-high molecular weight polymer.
