昆虫病原线虫对隐蔽性害虫控制作用的研究

摘    要:利用昆虫病原线虫防治钻蚊和隐蔽性害虫是一种有效的生物防治手段,也是害虫持续控制研究的方向。室内试验表明,小卷蛾线虫Agriotos品系是防治东北大黑鳃金龟(Holotrichia diomphalia)、白星花金龟(Potosia brevitarsis)和向日葵螟(Homoeosoma electellum)理想的生物因子,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:It is effective way and direction to apply entomopathogenic nematodes against hiding pests The results showed that entomopathogenic nematode strain Agriotos was good control factor against Holotrichia diomphalia , Potosia brevitarsis and Homoeosoma electellum. The strain Agriotos was widely applied Saperda populnea is sensitive to the Agriotos However ,its effect was poor in the field Target pests and its emergent habit were important restricted factors of the application of entomopathogenic nematodes
