摘    要:目的]探讨植物生长调节物质对烤烟的生理调控,为提高烟叶生产水平和完善植物生长调节物质使用技术提供科学依据。方法]采用田间试验研究了打顶当天喷施不同制剂对烤烟光合特性和水分利用效率的影响。结果]结果表明,所用制剂均能增加顶部和顶部以下烟叶面积,提高全株叶面积;除制剂3号和制剂5号外,各处理上部叶的光合速率增加,蒸腾速率降低,水分利用效率得到提高。结论]初步认为,制剂1号、制剂4号和制剂7号对烤烟的生理调控效果较优。

Impact of Plant Growth Regulator on the Photosynthetic Characteristics and Water-using Efficiency of Flue-cured Tobacco
Abstract:Objective] The function of plant growth regulator in physiological regulation and control of flue-cured tobacco was researched in order to provide a scientific basis in the level-raising of tobacco production and the technique-improving of the application of plant growth substance.Method] The effect of the different formulations spraying on the same day after topping on the photosynthetic characteristics and water-using efficiency of flue-cured tobacco was researched in field experiment.Results] The results showed that the application of all of agents can increase the area at top leaf and the leaves below the top for the improvement of the whole-plant leaf area.Except the Preparation No.3 and No.5,the others can raise the photosynthetic rate of the leaf at upper part and reduce transpiration rate for the improvement of water-using Efficiency.Conclusion] It was preliminarily thought that the Preparations No.1,No.4 and No.7 could better promote the physiological regulation and control function of flue-cured tobacco.
