摘    要:围绕水稻机插秧苗的培育,采用双膜育秧方式,选择4种不同厚度规格的无纺布,以普通薄膜覆盖与不覆盖为对照,研究对秧苗素质的影响。试验结果表明:(1)对秧苗形态指标主要影响叶龄、苗高及叶片的伸长,差异显著,而对单株叶面积、茎基粗影响较小,无显著差异。以无纺布覆盖处理的秧苗生长适中,其叶龄、苗高等形态生长指标符合机插秧苗的标准要求。4种规格无纺布处理间差异不显著。(2)秧苗根系生长则以无纺布Ⅰ、Ⅱ两处理的根系生长较好,其发根较多,根系较长,根冠比较高。(3)对秧苗生理指标的影响,叶绿素含量(N-1功能叶)处理间差异显著,无纺布随厚度规格增加呈降低趋势。干物重各覆盖处理均显著低于CK2,但秧苗叶、鞘、根三种功能器官的物质分配,仍呈30~35∶45~55∶15~20的比例分配。(4)对秧苗成苗影响显著,以Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ处理的成苗率好,成苗密度高。试验结果表明,选择20 g/m2规格的无纺布用作覆盖育秧较为适宜。
