摘    要:从多年施用阿特拉津的土壤中分离、筛选出3株长势良好的放线菌株S1、S2、S3作为供试苗。对其培养性状的研究结果表明,供试菌在20-30℃之间生长良好,适宜生长的pH范围是6.0-8.0;最适宜生长的基质中应含有可溶性淀粉和硝酸钾。向供试土壤中分别接种供试菌的单株或同数量的混合菌种结果表明,以混合菌接种并加入足够的碳源处理最有利于接种菌的生长,与其它各种处理间的差异极显著。

Abstract:Three actinomyces designated as S1, S2 and S3 were isolated from panax planting soil that applied atrazine for years. The suitable conditions for strain growth were obtained as temperature from 20 to 30 Degree C, pH 6.0 to 8.0, and the optimum medium with tragantine and KNO3. Inoculating mixed-strain into soil and supplying sufficient carbon source to the medium is the optimum treatment for actinomyces growth, which is significantly different from other treatments (p <0.01).
