农业技术推广体系现状分析与建设对策

农业技术推广体系是推动农业经济发展的重要支撑,但长期运行在计划经济体制下的我国农业技术推广体系,已不适应市场经济发展和新农村建设的需要。为解决我国现行农业技术推广体系存在的问题,必须推进农技推广体制改革,加强基层农业技术推广队伍建设,着力推进农业技术推广的组织创新和制度创新,并制定和完善相关的保障措施与支持政策。
