抽水电机组节能控制装置的研究与设计

摘    要:抽水机组的使用范围广,是企业中的主要耗能设备之一。抽水电机经常在轻载的状态下运行,在抽水流量满足的情况下,为了提高抽水机组的效率,可通过调整电机输入端的电压调速来提高电机的负载率和功率因数,从而提高电机的运行效率和水泵的效率。因此,提出了研究基于模糊控制的抽水电动机节能控制装置。

Abstract:The wide using of pumping motor group was one of the major energy-consuming devices in the enterprise. Pumping motors was frequent in light-load operation, and the load rate and power factor could be improved by means of adjusting input voltage to improved the efficiency of pumping motor under the condition of pumping flow meet. Therefore, energy-saving control device of the pumping motor was put forward to study on base of fuzzy control.
