超声波辅助提取赞皇枣环磷酸腺苷工艺研究

摘    要:研究了超声波辅助萃取技术(Ultrasound-assisted extraction,UAE)提取赞皇枣中环磷酸腺苷的方法。以高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)定量测定提取的环磷酸腺苷。采用正交试验考察超声时间、超声温度、超声功率和料液比对环磷酸腺苷提取率的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为:超声功率75W,处理时间15min,超声温度40℃,料液比1:20,提取率为644.46μg/g,比普通水浴提取率高41.6%。

Abstract:The extraction technology of the cAMP from Zanhuang Jade Jujubes with ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) is studied,and cAMP is analyzed by HPLC (high performance liguid chromatograly) method.Several factors,such as extraction time,extraction temperature,ultrasound power and ratio of material and liquor,are investtigated and the appropriate UAE conditions are obtained from the orthogonal test.The optimal UAE conditions are as follows:ultrasound power 75 W,extraction time 15 min,extraction temperature 40 ℃ and ratio of material and liquor is 1:20.
