穗分枝小麦与普通小麦的杂种优势研究

摘    要:对普通小麦和穗分枝小麦杂交种的田间杂种优势表现进行了系统研究,以期为明确穗分枝小麦在小麦杂种优势中的利用价值提供参考。2年度(2008—2009年和2009—2010年)的田间试验结果显示,穗分枝小麦与普通小麦之间存在着明显的杂种优势,其中,单株粒质量的杂种优势在-3.83%~65.43%之间,平均为20.66%,且比对照京411高5.11%,说明利用穗分枝小麦可以大幅度提高小麦杂种优势潜力。

Abstract:We did systematic study on field performances of the hybrids between common wheat and ear-branched wheat.The field experiment result in two years(2008-2009 and 2009-2010) showed that there existed significant heterosis between common and ear-branched wheats.Mid-parent heterosis of yield per plant ranged from-3.83% to 65.43% with an average of 20.66%,and hybrids yielded 5.11% more than Jing 411 the commercial CK variety,which suggested that hybrid vigor of hybrid wheat could be greatly increased by using ear-branched wheat as the parent of hybrid wheat.
