摘    要:通过对一个已退化的杏鲍菇品种进行单孢分离、交配,以及出菇试验找出最能体现杂种优势的配对孢子组,恢复最初的优良性状。结果从该杏鲍菇子实体中分离获得了11个单孢子;分别进行单孢交配,获得了12个配对组合。通过筛选,对其中6个组合进行出菇试验,内有3个交配组的生物学效率优于亲本,表明此方法收到了对杏鲍菇菌种进行提纯复壮的效果。

Purification and Rejuvenation of Degenerated Pleurotus eryngii Strain by Single Spore Mating

Abstract:The experiment on single spore of a degraded Pleurotus eryngii variety which isolation and pairing, is to identify the best monospore combination of heterosis, and restore the originally excellent characters of the variety. The experiment result expresses, 11 monospores were isolated, 12 combinations were obtained through monosporous hybridization, respectively, from the sporocarp of this Pleurotus eryngii variety. By making the mushroom experiments of 6 combinations, which prove that biological efficiency of three hybrid combination is better than parent, Pleurotus eryngii strains reached the effect that purification and rejuvenation with this method.
