四川枇杷属Eriobtrya Lindl植物种间亲缘关系探讨

摘    要:对四川枇杷属植物的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱分析表明,枇杷属植物存在着一条明显的共有带,种间酶谱差异明显,但除大花枇杷外,其它种类少有专性带。因此认为,在种的形成过程中可能存在基因交流现象.原始种大渡河枇杷与进化型普通枇杷的酶谱十分相似,没有达到种的分化水平.栎叶枇杷可能参与了普通枇杷的形成。大花枇杷与栎叶枇杷、普通枇杷和大渡河枇杷三者间亲缘较远,普通楷杷、大渡河枇杷与栎叶批杷的演化关系为:栎叶枇杷→大渡河枇杷→普通枇杷。与前人研究相符。本文还讨论了大渡河枇杷多态性形成的可能因素.

Abstract:Analysis of the POX isozymes of some species of the genus Eriobotrya in Sichuan showed that all the species studied share a common band,but striking difference exists be- tween the species in their isozyme patterns.Few species except E.cavalerei have specific bands.It is,therefore,assumed that gene exchange may have taken place in the process of species formation.The primitive species E.prinoides var.daduheensis showed similar bands to those of its variation form E.japonica.E.prinoides have been involed in the process of formation of E.japonica.The relationship between E.prinoides,E.cavaleriei and E.japonica, on the one hand,and E.prinoides var.daduheensis,on the other,seems puite distant.The order of their evolution may be E.prinoides E.prinoides var.daduheensis E.japonica. The factors affecting the diversification of E.prinoides var.daduheensis are discussed.
