| 摘 要： | 高效液相色谱法溶剂是一种分离效率高、分析速度快和应用范围广泛的现代分析技术,溶剂的选择使用是高效液相色谱分析能否成功的重要环节。本文针对高效渡相色谱溶剂的选择、处理、色谱柱的保护、溶剂与检测器及样品的匹配等实际应用中存在的问题,介绍了一些经验技术和实用方法,对于保证实验过程中分析结果的准确性与可靠性,具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The high performance liquid chromatography is a modern analysis technique which is applied widely and has high efficiency, and high speed, but the choice of solvent plays a vital role in the successful analysis of high performance liquid chromatography. In accordance with these problems, this paper studies the problems and their solutions existing in practical application, including the choice and treatment of high performance liquid chromatography, the protection of chromatogram column, and the matching of solvent, detector and sample, and introduces some exper-ences and correct using methods, which will provide some reference value for the accuracy and reliability of the experiments. |
