乌塌菜VC、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量的变异和聚类分析

摘    要:对63份乌塌菜品种资源的VC、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量等3个主要营养品质指标进行了测定、比较和聚类分析.结果表明,乌塌菜3个主要营养品质指标具有较丰富的变异潜力,其中可溶性蛋白含量和VC含量品种间变异较大,可溶性糖含量变异较小;利用类平均法进行聚类分析,在欧氏距离2.58处,供试的63份乌塌菜品种资源可分为4种类型,各...
