枯草芽孢杆菌D-29菌株发酵条件的优化

摘    要:
枯草芽孢杆菌D-29是一株具有广谱抑菌活性的生防菌株。对D-29菌株发酵条件进行了优化,结果表明,最佳初始培养基配方为:玉米粉10 g,麦芽糖30 g,碳酸钙1.5 g,豆粉30 g,水1 000 mL;最佳培养条件为:250 mL三角瓶装液量100 mL,初始pH值为7,接菌量1%,培养温度28℃,培养时间48 h,转速170190 r/min。

Abstract:
Abstract:Bacillus subtilis D-29 is an antagonistic bacterium with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. The optimal for culture media and fermentation conditions of D-29 were determined in the study. Results showed that optimum fermentation nL component for strain Bacillus subtilis D-29 was corn flour 10 g, maltose 30 g, soybean dregs 30 g, CaC03 1.5 g, and water I 000 mt obtained best fermentation condition was described as: amount of load 100 mL (in a 250 mL flask), amount of inoculation 1%, bt pH 7, the fermentation temperature 28 ℃, incubation time 48 h, and rotation speed 170-190 r/min.
