摘    要:在种子萌发期间用质量浓度为150g/L PEG胁迫8个种质的菜豆,研究不同种质菜豆对PEG渗透胁迫的响应。结果表明,PEG提高了8个种质菜豆种子的发芽率,抑制幼苗根和芽的生长,而对发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数的影响与种质有关,有的提高、有的降低。运用隶属函数法综合评价8个种质菜豆的抗旱性强弱,依次为大紫袍红花白荚双青十二玉豆美国供给者泰国架豆王绿龙架豆地豆王一号西杂王。

Responses of Different Germplasms of Phaseolus vulgaris to PEG Osmotic Stress

Abstract:150 g/L of PEG was used to induce 8 different germplasms of Phaseolus vulgaris to be with osmotic stress during seed germination.The responses of different germplasms of P.vulgaris to PEG osmotic stress were studied.The results showed that 150 g/L of PEG improved the germination rate and inhibited the growth of root and shoot of 8 germplasms of P.vulgaris.The germination energy,germination index and vigor index increased in some germplasms,but decreased in the others.Using the Membership Function Method,the drought resistance sequence of 8 germplasms of P.vulgaris from high to low is as follows:Da zipao>Honghua baijia>Shuangqing shier yudou>Meiguo gongyingzhe>Taiguo jiadouwang>Lulong jiadou>Didouwang yihao>Xizawang.
