摘    要:为研究化学处理对真姬菇菌糠营养成分和人工瘤胃发酵特性的影响,实验采用5%NaOH、5%尿素,5%NaOH+5%尿素对真姬菇菌糠进行碱化、氨化及复合处理,未处理真姬菇菌糠为空白对照。结果表明,实验组降低了真姬菇菌糠酸洗纤维、中洗纤维、酸洗木质素和游离棉酚含量,提高了48h体外产气量、体外有机物降解率、微生物蛋白和挥发性脂肪酸产量。其中实验Ⅲ组(氨化+碱化复合处理)效果最好,其中洗纤维、酸洗木质素和游离棉酚含量分别较对照组降低了11.73%(P0.01)、19.35%(P0.01)和50.35%(P0.01),产气量、体外有机物降解率、微生物蛋白和总挥发性脂肪酸分别较对照组提高15.54%(P0.01)、16.78%(P0.01)、5.71%(P0.01)和21.38%(P0.01),综合各指标,5%NaOH+5%尿素复合处理真姬菇菌糠为最佳化学处理方法。

Abstract:To study the effects of chemical treatment on nutrition component and artificial rumen fermentation of spent mushroom substrate of Hypsizygus marmorens, Spent mushroom substrate of Hypsizygus marmoren was treated with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) at 5% dry matter, urea (CO(NH2)2) at 5 % or their combinations (5% NaOH and 5 G CO (NH2)2), respectively. The results showed that, compared with control, in the treated groups, acid detergent fiber, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent lignin and free gossypol content in the treated groups were lower, in vitro 48h gas production, in vitro organic matter digestibility, microbial crude protein and volatile fatty acids production were higher. The group treated with 5% NaOH+5% (CO(NH2)2) achieved best effects. In this group, compared with the control,neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent lignin and free gossypol content were decreased by 11.73 (P〈0.01) ,19.35% (P〈0.01) and 50.5%(P〈0.01), respectively. In vitro gas production, in vitro organic matter digestibility,microbial crude protein and total volatile fatty acids were increased by 15.54 (P〈0. 01) ,16.78 (P〈0.01) ,5.71 (P〈0.01) and 21.38 (P〈0.01) ,respectively. It can be concluded that 5~ NaOH+ 5 % CO (NH2)2 compound treatment was the best chemical method for Spent mushroom substrate of Hypsizygus marmoren within the chosen treatments.
