| 摘 要： | 肌抑制素基因(MSTN)属于转化生长因子-β超家族成员,其主要功能是负向调控肌细胞生长发育。为检测朗德鹅MSTN外显子3多态性,采用PCR-SSCP的方法,对肌生成抑制基因外显子3进行了分析;结果发现,该片段存在PCR-SSCP多态性;对具DNA多态性的片段测序分析发现:MSTN基因外显子3第1 023处发生了单碱基的改变(A→G)。通过研究MSTN基因的多态性,为朗德鹅的选种和选育提供实验基础和理论依据。

| Abstract: | Myostatin is a transforming growth factor-beta family member that normally acts to limit skeletal muscle cell growth and development.In order to detect the polymorphism of the Landaise goose MSTN gene exon 3,the PCR-SSCP was to be used.The results showed that the fragments with SSCP polymorphism were sequenced.The sequencing results showed that there was single nucleotides mutation,A→G at 1023.This study is useful to the selection of Landaise goose. |
