稻壳沉淀法制备白炭黑工艺的研究

摘    要:以稻壳为原料,NaOH、H2SO4为活化剂,采用沉淀法对白炭黑制备的工艺进行了研究。结果表明,采用沉淀法制备白炭黑的工艺条件为:稻壳灰酸化时加酸速度为0.04mL/g?min,碱化处理时间为5.5h,稻壳灰与40%NaOH溶液配比为1:1.5,助剂硫酸钠及苯甲醇加入量分别为2.0%和1.5%。产物的比表面积为219.3m2/g;提取率(白炭黑:稻壳灰,白炭黑:稻壳)分别为55.2%、10.7%。产品经红外光谱进行了表征,质量检测结果符合国家标准。

Abstract:The Silica was prepared by using the method of precipitation, taking the rice husk as the raw material and sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid as the activating agent in this paper. When using this method to prepare silica pigment, the results indicated that the speed of acidification should 0.04mL/g?min, the time of alkalization should be 5.5 h, the allocated proportion of rice husk ash and the 40% sodium hydroxide solution should be 1:1.5, the quantity added to the accessory ingredient of sodium sulfate and benzoic alcohol should be 2.0% and 1.5% like this, the exterior area of the product would be 219.3 m2/g, the rate of production(silica pigment / rice husk ash, silica pigment / rice husk) respectively would be 55.2% and 10.7%. The structure of silica was confirmed by IR spectrum, the quality of the product was conformed to the national standards.
