| 摘 要： | 以杏生产上的主栽品种金太阳杏为研究试材,通过疏果处理,研究了不同负载量对果实纵径、横径、侧径、可溶性固形物含量、单果重、可溶性糖含量、可滴定酸含量和矿质元素含量的影响。结果表明:疏果处理能增大果实纵径、横径和侧径,提高果实可溶性糖和Vc含量,降低果实硬度和铁含量,但对铜和锰含量影响不大。疏果时将果间距控制在20 cm效果较好,不仅能改善果实品质,且经济效益最高;果间距15 cm效果次之。 |

| Abstract: | The effects of loading on the fruit vertical diameter,horizontal diameter,side diameter,soluble solids content,single fruit weight,soluble sugar content,titratable acid content and mineral elements contents of Golden Sun apricot with fruit thinning were studied.The results showed that the fruit thinning could increase the fruit vertical diameter,horizontal diameter,side diameter,soluble sugar content and Vc content,decrease the fruit firmness and Fe content,and had little influence on Cu and Mn contents.The space between fruits were kept 20 cm,which could not only improve the fruit quality,but also obtain the highest economic benefit. |
