摘    要:本文介绍一种最新的供水系统设计,以变频调速技术、可编程控制器技术及PID调节器技术为基础,构成以压力为控制对象的闭环控制系统。实现了变频输出与工频市电之间的切换,使每台泵的电机均可通过同一变频器实现较起动,解决了电机冲击,水锤作用,避免了临界点造成的电机频繁起动。可广泛地用于民用及工业供水系统。

Abstract:This paper gave a new design for water feeding system, the system was based on VVVF motor driver. PLC and PID closed loop control. The soft starting of multi motors used the same itnvertor furthermore, the electricity crash、 water crash、freguently starting of motor were also avoided. This system could be widely used for industry and water feeding in people's life.
