Abstract:Psychological factors during employing have important effects on the selection of occupation and development in future for the graduates. Thus, it is very useful for us to pay more attention to these questions and seek the effective ways for solving the problems. By this way, the adverse psychological factors could be alleviated when employing the graduates. The suitable strategies could also be helpful for the graduates to finish the changes from a student to an employee. It also has an important role for the graduates to find a good job.
